Sunoire Internal Ads Reporting Tool
About this tool
Sunoire operates an internal reporting tool that programmatically retrieves data from its own Google Ads account. The tool is used exclusively by the Sunoire owner to produce weekly performance summaries covering ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend. The tool is not offered as a service to third parties, does not manage advertising for other businesses, and does not share data outside of Sunoire.
What the tool does
- Connects to Sunoire's own Google Ads account via OAuth 2.0 and the Google Ads API.
- Retrieves daily aggregated performance metrics using read-only queries (GoogleAdsService.searchStream). No campaign edits, no bid changes, no account modifications of any kind.
- Stores the retrieved data in a private database accessible only to the account owner.
- Generates a weekly reporting spreadsheet showing spend and conversions per day, broken down by country, alongside matching Shopify order data pulled from the same account owner's Shopify store.
Google Ads account
The tool operates against a single Google Ads account owned and managed by Sunoire. No third-party accounts are accessed. No Manager (MCC) hierarchy is involved.
Data handling
- Data source: Sunoire's own Google Ads account and Sunoire's own Shopify order records.
- Storage: private database, hosted on infrastructure controlled by Sunoire, accessible only to the account owner via authenticated login.
- Retention: aggregated daily metrics are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis. Raw API responses are not persisted beyond the aggregation step.
- Sharing: no data is shared with any third party. No advertising, marketing, or analytics services outside of Google Ads and Shopify are integrated.
- Encryption: OAuth refresh tokens and API credentials are encrypted at rest.
User access
The tool is used by the Sunoire owner only. It is not distributed as software, not sold, not licensed, and not offered as a service to other advertisers or agencies.
