Shipping Policy

Sunoire is operated by ECOMAZO, Salomonsonstraat 44, 7602DP Almelo, The Netherlands. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through Sunoire.
Our customer support team is available by email Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.
Order Processing
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to correct your shipping address or request a cancellation, contact support@sunoire.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that window, or once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times begin after dispatch, not at the moment your order is placed.
- United States: 7 to 15 business days after dispatch
- International orders: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch
Total delivery time may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carrier operations, weather, and other conditions outside our control.
Shipping Charges
We do not offer a free shipping threshold at this time. Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Carriers
Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal and delivery partners depending on destination and fulfillment route.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided when available. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details if your shipment supports tracking updates.
Please note that tracking scans can take 3 to 7 business days to appear or refresh after dispatch, especially on international shipments or during busy carrier periods.
International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes
We ship internationally. International orders may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the customer's responsibility.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. While we work to keep delivery timelines accurate, delays can happen due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, weather events, or supply chain issues. If there is a significant shipping delay affecting your order, contact us at support@sunoire.com.
Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incomplete, outdated, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If a package is returned to us or our fulfillment partner because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may need to charge new shipping fees before resending the order. Where permitted by law, any unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from a refund.
Delivered but Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier. If you still need help, contact us at support@sunoire.com within 7 days of the delivery scan and include your order number. We review these issues case by case.
