Orders & Shipping

Where does Sunoire deliver?

Sunoire currently delivers to the United States only. Orders from outside the United States cannot be processed at this time.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

How long does delivery take?

After processing, the average delivery time to the United States is 8-12 business days. The total estimated delivery time is approximately 9-15 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs checks, public holidays, seasonal demand, or high order volume.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on eligible orders to the United States. Sunoire does not charge an additional shipping or handling fee at checkout unless that cost is clearly shown before payment.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, Sunoire sends a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking updates may take 3-8 business days to appear after the parcel leaves the warehouse.

What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

If the carrier marks a package as delivered, delivery is considered complete. If you cannot locate it, contact Sunoire and the support team will help contact the carrier and investigate where possible.

Can I change my address or cancel my order?

Order cancellations may be requested within 30 minutes of purchase. After that window, the order may already be in processing and cancellation or address changes may no longer be possible.

Returns & Refunds

What is the return window?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the return conditions are met and the return is approved in advance by customer service.

What condition does a return need to be in?

Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, in original condition, and returned with original labels, tags, hygiene seals, and packaging intact. You may try items on for fit as you would in a physical store.

Which items cannot be returned?

Returns are not accepted for items with removed or broken hygiene seals; underwear, shapewear, bras, swimwear, and similar intimate items if the hygiene seal or protective liner has been removed; personalized, custom-made, or made-to-order products; items damaged through improper use, handling, washing, or care; or items sent back without prior approval.

How do I start a return?

Email support@sunoire.com with your order number, the item or items you wish to return, the reason for the return, your full name and shipping address, and clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sunoire does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

Where should I send my return?

Only send returns to the return address provided by customer service after your return request is approved. The return address may differ from Sunoire's business address, and returns sent elsewhere may not be accepted or processed.

How long does a refund take?

After a returned item is received and inspected, Sunoire will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for your bank or payment provider to finalize the refund.

What currency does Sunoire use?

Prices are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD), unless checkout clearly shows otherwise.

What payment methods are accepted?

The available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, bank, device, and payment provider. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers.

Does Sunoire store my full card details?

No. Payment processing is handled by secure payment providers, and Sunoire does not store complete credit card details on its own systems.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size and product details on the product page before ordering. If you need help choosing a size, email Sunoire with the product name or link and any sizing question you have.

What should I include when contacting support?

For order questions, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos so the support team can help faster.
