Returns & Refunds

Sunoire is operated by ECOMAZO, Salomonsonstraat 44, 7602DP Almelo, The Netherlands. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed through Sunoire.

Our customer support team is available by email Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, and we aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

Free Returns

Return shipping is paid by ECOMAZO for approved returns. To request a return, contact support@sunoire.com with your order number and the item or items you would like to return.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition, with original tags attached and free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or sent back to the customer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email support@sunoire.com within 30 minutes of placing it. After that window, or once processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@sunoire.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and the item or items you want to return.
  3. Wait for return instructions from our support team before sending the item back.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, as this can delay or prevent proper processing of your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@sunoire.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the issue and work with you on a suitable resolution.

Packages Returned to Sender

If an order is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will review the order once it is returned to us or our fulfillment partner. Where permitted by law, any unrecoverable shipping, return, customs, or carrier charges may be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not designate any item category as final sale by default. However, any item returned in used, damaged, washed, altered, or non-resellable condition may be denied.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank, credit card provider, or PayPal account. If you still need help, contact support@sunoire.com.
