Support Availability

Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Response Time

We aim to respond within 1 to 2 business days. Response times may be longer during launches, promotions, or holiday periods.

What to Include in Your Message

For faster support, please include:

  • your order number
  • the name of the item or items involved
  • a short description of the issue or question
  • photos, if you are reporting damage, defects, or the wrong item

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to update your shipping address or request a cancellation, email us within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that window, or once an order has entered processing, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping Questions

Standard processing time is 2 to 5 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7 to 15 business days for the United States and 10 to 20 business days for international destinations.

Tracking updates can take 3 to 7 business days to appear after dispatch. Orders may be delivered by USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local postal and delivery partners depending on destination and fulfillment route.

Delivered but Missing Orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, first check with neighbors, building management, household members, or the local carrier. If you still need help, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.

Incorrect Addresses and Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, reshipment may require additional shipping charges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by ECOMAZO for approved returns. We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
